Weekly process /communication meetings will be held with project managers.
All construction correspondence must be updated in RAVE.
Monthly construction management meeting are conducted to report the following.

PROGESS PAYMENT DISPUTE PROCESS
The building contracts have been constructed in a manner that ensures that at all times the Business owner is to be cash positive throughout the project
If at any stage there is a dispute with payment the below steps should be followed.

The Franchisor is to be notified
-
A site visit is arranged with the customer ,business owner and any other relative parties
-
Depending on the outcome of the site visit., If payment is received then construction is to resume and if the situation is unresolved construction will be suspended.

If work is suspended another meeting is held with all affected parties to appoint a mediator. Construction will remain suspended throughout the mediation process. The mediator decision is final and will be respected by all affected parties.

INSURANCE POLICY INFORMATION
The following is a list of insurance policies that we recommend you take as a minimum to provide you with peace of mind. These policies can be underwritten by any of a panel of insurers and all cover is subject to insurers’ policy terms and conditions and satisfactory completion of a Proposal Form. Copies of full Policy Wordings are available on request and are provided to you automatically upon arrangement of cover.

Broadform Public Liability
Cover for your legal liability in respect of damage to the property of others as a result of occurrences in connection with your business.
Statutory Fines Liability
Cover for Fines, Penalties imposed by a NZ Court or Tribunal for a conviction arising out of an occurrence in NZ in connection with your business, including prosecution defence costs. (Excludes Health & Safety fines by law).

Employers Liability
Cover for common law personal injury claims arising from the course of employment, not covered by the Accident Rehabilitation & Compensation Act (1992).

Mobile Assets Insurance
Cover for Accidental Physical Loss or Damage to your Mobile Plant & Stock Anywhere In New Zealand. Cover is for Indemnity (Current) Value at the time of loss. Excludes Theft unless from locked building or vehicle.

Material Damage Insurance
Cover for Accidental Physical Loss or Damage to your Static Assets at a Specific Location. Cover is generally for Replacement Value with some limitations in respect of laptop computers & data projectors.

Commercial Motor Vehicle Insurance
Comprehensive cover for your vehicle including Accidental Damage, Fire, Theft and Damage to Third Party Property. Cover includes spare parts and accessories carried on the vehicle. Cover is for Market Value of the vehicle at the time of loss, but limited to the Sum Insured.

Contract Works Insurance
Cover for Accidental Physical Loss or Damage to your Contract Works whilst under construction. Cover is provided under an Annual Policy and is subject to Declaration and premium adjustment.
