Infrastructure Cloud Services

Utilising the latest virtualisation technologies available you will access your data via Enterprise DELL Blades and EqualLogic Storage. Your Cloud services is fully redundant and highly available meaning that your data is always backed up providing peace of mind. All server systems have the latest Web-Root Anti-Virus service protecting from virus attacks

 

HOSTED EXCHANGE / OUTLOOK

All users will have an Email mailbox residing inside our Microsoft Exchange environment where you will have Smart Phone, Web and Outlook Access to email 24x7.

Mail Marshall SPAM Filtering protects your mail from SPAM

Office 365

All users will be provisioned with the latest Microsoft Office Professional suite of products, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, Access 

 

SECURITY

All users will connect to the Cloud Infrastructure via Virtual Private Network (VPN) passing through the latest Palo Alto Firewall security feature sets available.

This coupled with your Web-Root Anti-Virus services for your end-point devices provides a high level of security to protect your data.

 

INTERNET CONNECTIVITY

For new connections, each Franchise will require a MPLS Internet connection to connect directly to your Cloud service. NSP will work with each Franchisee to recommend an internet connection for each physical location, with enough bandwidth to provide both phone calls and access to the resources that you need.  Depending on the amount of users a Network switch may be required on site

For existing connections, a Firewall device will be required and depending on the amount of users a Network switch may be required on site also.

 

PHONE SYSTEM

Each Franchise will have access to the latest Microsoft 3CX phone system.  This will also be integrated with our VoIP lines and calling solution to reduce your monthly calling costs.

DATA BACKUP RETENTION

All data will be kept for the duration of the Cloud Service. If a file has been deleted and needs to be restored then we have 14 days to restore the file.

 

Our tested and proven building system incorporates a complete software building solution. This is called Data build. Traditionally administration can result in a lot of duplication and that’s where data build stand out as a complete solution, from costing to ordering to P&L databuild takes care of it all.
