The franchisor company Cambridge Homes Holdings was established in 2006 and since then has been adapting to the changing construction industry and refining processes to develop a robust business model.

Since its conception in 2000 Cambridge Homes moved to a franchise model in 2003 with the formation of its first franchise in the Waikato region. The franchise has been the Mothership for the first eleven years, testing and developing our building systems to where they are today. At present Cambridge Homes has 5 franchises operating throughout New Zealand.

A successful franchise business must be process driven to mitigate the risk for all parties.

Our processes are the strength of our day to day running, and are always being worked and refined.

Cambridge Homes processes are tried and tested, and are a key point of difference to becoming a successful business.

Remember any business carries risk and also opportunity for great reward.

We believe it’s our responsibility as a Franchisor to mitigate as much business risk to our franchise group.

Whilst the risk cannot be removed it can be mitigated by the following:

Experience - The Management team at Cambridge Homes has extensive experience in all aspects of franchising, business management, marketing, and the building industry itself.
Ownership – Every member of the management team work in the business on a daily basis.
Systems - The Cambridge Homes operating system is tried and tested and has evolved over the last 21 years.
Technology - The latest computer software, support, and file management.
Supply - Nationwide supply arrangements with key suppliers give us strong buying power with guarantees on delivery, on time, and on budget.

Adaptability is key. Our pre-designed plans are ready to build and have been thoughtfully crafted to ensure they can be customized to suit individual tastes and budgets. For those seeking a unique design, our Architectural Designers offer a complete design service starting with a conversation to establish the design brief. From this, we create concept plans that reflect these ideas. Working closely with the architect, we develop a design using state-of-the-art 3D modeling, providing a clear vision of the finished home. Once the client is satisfied with the design, we proceed to the final stage, producing permit applications and construction documents needed to build their home.
