From, Marketing, Administration, Construction and Business Planning through to Supply and Training.
The franchisor company Cambridge Homes Holdings was established in 2006 and since then has been adapting to the changing construction industry and refining processes to develop a robust business model.
Since its conception in 2000 Cambridge Homes moved to a franchise model in 2003 with the formation of its first franchise in the Waikato region. The franchise has been the Mothership for the first eleven years, testing and developing our building systems to where they are today. At present Cambridge Homes has 5 franchises operating throughout New Zealand.

Our processes are the strength of our day to day running, and are always being worked and refined.

For those seeking a unique design, our Architectural Designers offer a complete design service starting with a conversation to establish the design brief. From this, we create concept plans that reflect these ideas. Working closely with the architect, we develop a design using state-of-the-art 3D modeling, providing a clear vision of the finished home. Once the client is satisfied with the design, we proceed to the final stage, producing permit applications and construction documents needed to build their home.
